Policy : It is the policy of this organisation is to have volunteers that support our mission and vision. The applications are kept with the Charity Administration but the information is passed onto the Ministry of Social Development as per our registration guidelines here in Bahrain. As per the Ministry’s requirements, a nominal feel BD 1 upwards apply to everyone submitting the annual application- including continuing members and Board. Your term (application is applicable) as a Volunteer and or Committee Member is that of a year, with voting applied each yearly General Meeting to decide on the Executive Board. Individuals who actively volunteer and support for over a year are invited to become committee members and head certain sections of the Charity. Committee Members are accountable for one full term and can step down by communicating in writing the Executive Board before the next General Meeting Everyone within the Charity volunteers their time and skills and are not paid for their work in any capacity. We do not accept in kind gestures of money or gifts for being within the organization- failure to adhere to the rules and regulations will mean you are no longer asked to volunteer and do not, in any capacity, represent the Charity Thank you for completing this application form and for your interest in volunteering with us. *
